THE GADGET Show is back tonight! And it’s getting a revamp.
But what’s changing in the successful show and who will be presenting?

What time is The Gadget Show on TV tonight?
The new series continues tonight, March 17 at 7pm on Channel 5.
The new series will comprise of twelve episodes, each an hour long and tonight’s episodeÂ is the second.
Craig acquires a drone made of magnetic blocks, Jon checks out the latest Chinese Huawei Honor 6 smartphone, Georgie mointors the the technology helping Olympic boxers and Ortis helps a pair of paramedis de-stress their lives.
What is The Gadget Show about?
The Gadget Show started in 2004 and has aired nearly 300 episodes since.
It is now in its 25th series, the series focuses on technological advancements that will soon be available to the general public.
During the time on the show, they have achieved eight Guinness World Records during production.
This includes: largest game of Tetris, longest ramp jump performed by a remote controlled car, and fastest speed in a water jet-powered car.
Now however, as part of the revamp, the show is moving to Birmingham and will be more news-based (though it will be technology news as opposed to world news).
Who will be presenting The Gadget Show?
Red Dwarf star Craig Charles has been announced as the new presenter of the techno-show.
He has previous presenting credentials thanks to the iconic Robot Wars – which saw inventions go against each other and fight to the death.
Craig is taking over the reigns from Jason Bradbury, who announced his departure from the show after 12 years.
He joins a fellow new face in tech journalist Georgie Barrat.
On the announcement, Craig said: “Iâve always been into my gadgets and have been involved with tech on other shows Iâve done like Robot Wars and Red Dwarf, so Iâm really delighted to be joining such a legendary programme.
“Hopefully, it will impress my kids and theyâll think of me as a âcool dadâ for once!”
