Toronto man faces voyeurism charges after cell phone found recording in washroom – CityNews

A Toronto man is facing charges in a voyeurism investigation.

Police say a woman discovered she was being videotaped while changing at her workplace in the Dundas Street and Augusta Avenue area.

According to police, she spotted a cell phone in a backpack on a hook. The cell phone was recording her as she was getting changed. The woman says the phone had another video on it from the same washroom, recorded the previous day.

Luis Castillo Guillen, 29, is charged with two counts of voyeurism and police are concerned there may be more victims.
