Second man charged in armed robbery at Wind Gap cell phone store – Allentown Morning Call
A second man has been charged in connection with the armed robbery of a cellphone store last month in Wind Gap.
Vaughn Darrius Felix, 26, of Easton was charged in the Feb. 9 robbery of the Verizon Wireless Store at 1001 S. Broadway, Northampton County Assistant District Attorney Patricia Mulqueen said Saturday.
Felix is charged with robbery, kidnapping, false imprisonment, possession of a weapon and theft. He was sent to Northampton County Prison. Bail information was not available.
On Friday, Gregory Lewis Jr., also 26 and of Easton, was charged in the store’s robbery. He also faces charges of robbery, kidnapping, false imprisonment, possession of a weapon and theft.
The two arrests are the result of a task force formed to investigate a string of armed robberies at Lehigh Valley cellphone stores. The task forced is headed by Mulqueen and various law enforcement officials.
